Once you have access to your account online, you'll be able to manage your savings accounts and take advantage of some of the features of the online account area. If you have already opened an online savings account, you’re already registered. The features available to you will vary depending on the type of account you have.
By registering for online services you are agreeing to not receiving a printed statement for any of your savings accounts. You can request a printed statement in future, should you need one, by calling us.
If you have a mortgage with us you will be able to view year to date mortgage statements and if you have an offset mortgage you can view offset mortgage and savings balances and also transfer money to and from any offset savings accounts.
To protect you and your money, some transactions you carry out online will use our transaction confirmation service. When paying into your account using a debit card, we have adopted Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for additional protection when depositing funds. Once you register for online access to your accounts, you can also use the same password for any telephone transactions (subject to the terms of your account).
When you call us, you'll be asked for three characters from your online account password - just so we can verify your identity.
